Allegany Technology's electronic crane scales have the capabilities of weighing materials while moving them, saving steps, and speeding operations. The Checkmate Low and High Capacity crane scales are built tough to survive harsh conditions in metal centers, warehouses, shipping docks, foundries and numerous other applications.

The hand-held Telemetry Auto Zero (Taz) unit is used by the operator to remotely control the crane functions. Radio Link options are available to transmit the weight data from the crane scales to a remote receiver that interfaces with a computer or printer.

Crane Scale Checkmateä - Low Capacity

Available in 1,000 lb. to 50,000 lb. capacities with a 0.1% accuracy

The Checkmateä Crane Scale system provides an accurate weight reading with oscillating loads. The crane scale is enclosed is a steel containment vessel and has a 500% safety factor, making it ideal for the harsh conditions in metal centers, warehouses, shipping docks, foundries, and other applications.

Crane Scales Radio Link (Wireless Link Option)

With the Radio-Link Crane Scale, you are able to view the weight of a load within 0.1% accuracy, when the load is lifted, an electronic signal proportional to the load lifted converts the signal into a digital weight that is displayed on the Weight Processor, attached to the crane scale.

The RF Unit which house the Radio Receiver, transmits the weight data from the crane scale to a remote receiver. The Remote Receiver is capable of receiving weight from one to ten crane scales, but can only receive weight from one scale at a time.
